Dwight Howard Becomes Latest NBA Star To Pull Out Of World Tour

Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard has withdrawn from the upcoming NBA World Tour, according to the Orlando Sentinel. The tour is scheduled to begin tomorrow in Puerto Rico, however a new collective bargaining agreement could derail the whole thing.

Earlier this week fellow NBA superstars Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James, and Chris Paul elected to opt out of the six game player-organized tourney.

The tour's featured stops include London, Macau, and Australia. Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, and Amare Stoudemire have, as of now, not changed their plans to participate.

Point guards Derrick Rose and Russell Westbrook had previously backed out of the World All-Star Classic, according to a ESPN report.
