There has been a grassroots movement over the last few years where men grow mustaches during November to help raise awareness for prostate cancer. "Movember" has made tremendous strides, and Anaheim Ducks goalie Jonas Hiller hopes to further the progress by adorning his mask with pictures of him and his teammates with cartoon mustaches.

The idea was inspired by George Parros, who needs no help growing a mustache of his own.

“The inspiration was sure the Movember theme. [Parros] brought the whole theme to the dressing room,” said Hiller. “Everybody said they want to grow a 'stache. At first I didn't want to grow a 'stache because it bothers me under my mask. I said, 'I'll just put something like that on the mask.' ”

Still, Hiller says that he is going to try and grow a mustache. “I probably almost have to right now,” he said. “I have to see how good it goes and if it doesn't bother me too much. But worst case, I still have the one on my mask, so I can defend myself if I actually have to cut it.”
