Jorge Posada Not Expecting Return To New York Yankees

Long-time New York Yankee catcher Jorge Posada said Wednesday that he doesn't expect to be with the Yankees in 2012, according to ESPN.com. Posada, 40, has been with the Yankees his entire career, beginning in 1995.

"It's not gonna happen," Posada said Wednesday night at a Manhattan function for The Jorge Posada Foundation, according to ESPN.

Posada batted a career-low .235 in 2011, but experienced a resurgence during the American League Divisional Series when Posada hit a team high .429.

A five-time all star, Posada has also won four World Series titles with New York. He claims he isn't bitter with the Yankee organization, and insisted that several teams are interested in his services.
