Pittsburgh Penguins' center Sidney Crosby will return to the ice Monday, according to the Associated Press. Crosby has been out since January with concussion-like symptoms.

After sitting out the final half of the 2010-11 season, there was speculation that Crosby's career may be in jeopardy. He announced in September that he would probably return this season.

Crosby was the 2007 NHL MVP and waited to return until he felt he was completely healthy. "Maybe I can get by with 90 percent, maybe I couldn't but I'm not going to roll the dice with that," Crosby said in September.
