Paul Pierce "Very Very Close" To Making Season Debut For Celtics
After a 56-26 finish last season, third in the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics have started 0-3 this year, including an ugly 19-point loss last night to the New Orleans Hornets. But now it appears that help is on the way -- in the form of a Paul Pierce comeback.
The Celtics' captain has missed the first three games of the season with a bone bruise in his right heel, but he announced on his Twitter page this evening that he's now on the verge of a return.
