Chicago Cubs shortstop Starlin Castro has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman last fall, according to CBS Chicago.

According to the report, Castro met the alleged victim at a nightclub last September. She and a friend left the bar and went to Castro’s apartment at 3 a.m.; according to the report, she said she blacked out but came to and found Castro sexually assaulting her. She screamed and yelled and got a ride home from her friend before going to the hospital 12 hours later, according to the report.

According to CBS Chicago, Castro’s agent, Paul Kinzer said: “Yeah, we have no comment on that.” Castro, 21, has hit .304 with 13 home runs, 107 RBIs and 32 stolen bases in two years with the Cubs. He was named to the NL All-Star team in 2011.
