Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin will reportedly interview with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for their vacant head coaching position, according to ESPN.

Philbin has also reportedly interviewed with the Miami Dolphins about their head coaching position as well.  The 50-year-old has no head coaching experience at any level, however, he has served as the offensive coordinator of one of the best offenses in football since 2007.

The Packers have finished in the top 10 in points scored each year that Philbin has held his position at Green Bay. In 2011, the club led the NFL with 560 points scored. Philbin has recently been the center of some media attention after it was reported that his 21-year-old son, Michael, was found dead after a state-wide search.
