The terminations of the Teerlinck’s are the latest in a series of personnel decisions that have completely reshaped the team’s front office and coaching staff following their disappointing 2-14 season. Earlier this week the Colts made the decision to fire head coach Jim Caldwell despite the three-year coach posting winning records in his first two seasons. Indianapolis also fired longtime front office mainstays Bill and Chris Polian immediately following the season. The franchise also made the move to terminate defensive coordinator Larry Coyer during the season after the club began the year 0-11.
