Sources told the news station that Kelly would make the jump if both sides could agree on a contract.

Kelly has been at Oregon for three seasons, leading the Ducks to three consecutive BCS bowl appearances, including the BCS National Champiosnhip in 2011. Oregon beat Wisconsin 45-38 in the 2012 Rose Bowl, his only postseason win.

Prior to becoming head coach, Kelly was the offensive coordinator at Oregon, and also held assistant jobs at New Hampshire, Johns Hopkins, and Columbia.
