Puerto Rico's Professional League Seeking A Deal With Allen Iverson

Puerto Rico’s professional basketball league have engaged in a few conversations with Allen Iverson discussing a possible contract, according to Yahoo Sports. They believe that he will be a ticket seller and possible iconic figure within the league.

Iverson’s manager has talked to the Puerto Rican league officials about a possible price, but after Iverson’s previous experience in Turkey it is unclear as to whether or not he would consider playing in a league outside of the NBA.

Iverson’s last stint in the NBA was in 2010 with the Memphis Grizzlies and the Philadelphia 76ers, where he averaged 13.8 points, 4.0 assists, and 2.8 rebounds per game.
