Lord knows that former L.A. Laker teammates Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal have had their differences over the years, but tonight, as the former passed the latter for No. 5 on the NBA's all-time scoring list, the latter took to Twitter to voice his congratulations.

Bryant knocked down a 23-foot jump shot with 5:08 left in the first half against the Philadelphia 76ers tonight. That gave him 24 points for the night and 28,597 for his career; he finished with 28 annd 28,601. Shaq now sits sixth all-time with 28,596 career points. Bryant now trails only Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone, Michael Jordan and Wilt Chamberlain on the league’s all-time scoring list.
