It's been expected all season that the Tampa Bay Lightning would deal the veteran defenseman, and now the deal is just about done. Rumor has it the Flyers are sending two draft picks to Tampa Bay in the deal, adds ESPN's Pierre LeBrun. Kubina has played in 52 games this season for the Lightning, racking up three goals and eight assists. He's played for the Lightning, Toronto Maple Leafs and Atlanta Thrashers in his 15-year NHL career.
