Cristian Guzman is headed to the Cleveland Indians, according to Jordan Bastian of MLB.com:

Guzman, who turns 34 a month from today, was last seen in the major leagues on Sept. 8, 2010. He missed all of the 2011 season due to family issues; he spent 2010 split between Washington and Texas, combining for a .266 average with 12 doubles in 104 games. Guzman broke into the major leagues in 1999 with the Minnesota Twins; he's a two-time All-Star, one in 2001 with the Twins and again in 2008 with the Nationals. He's a career .271 hitter.
