Javaris Crittenton Arrested After Being Pulled Over For Reckless Driving

Former NBA guard, Javaris Crittenton, was arrested outside of Atlanta this morning after refusing to cooperate with the police when he was pulled over for reckless driving, according to the Huffington Post.

Crittenton allegedly refused to sign the citation that was issued and also refused to step out of his vehicle upon request of the police. The officer on the scene reportedly arrested him and he is being processed in Clayton County jail.

In 2010 Crittenton pleaded to a misdemeanor gun charge and received a year of unsupervised probation. He is currently facing murder charges after he allegedly shot a woman in Atlanta last August. Investigators in the case believe that the woman who was shot was not the intended target of the attack.
