Kobe Bryant isn't the only Los Angeles basketball superstar wearing a protective face mask these days -- Clippers point guard Chris Paul was seen warming up with Sunday's game against the Golden State Warriors wearing a mask as well, according to the L.A. Times.

Paul was elbowed in the face by Danny Green in the first quarter of the Clips' win over the San Antonio Spurs on Friday night. He received an X-ray the following day that revealed a nasal fracture; he will now need to wear the protective mask for a few weeks.

"It's annoying and he plays point guard, so I don't know how he's going to do it," said teammate Kenyon Martin, who has also worn a mask before. "I don't know how he's going to go out there and manuever with that thing on." The good news is that Kobe scored 30-plus points in three straight games after putting on the mask, including 38 in a shootout win over Sacramento. Maybe the good luck will come Paul's way, too.
