Quinn was employed last year by the Denver Broncos, backing up Tim Tebow. He didn't throw a single pass in the regular season; he last played in 2009, with the Cleveland Browns. Originally drafted by the Cleveland Browns with the No. 22 overall pick in 2007, Quinn has made only 12 career starts. For his career, he's completed 52.1 percent of his passes for 1,902 yards, 10 touchdowns and nine interceptions.
