Antoine Walker Sold His 2006 Championship Ring

Former NBA star Antoine Walker, who filed for bankruptcy at the end of 2010, has been forced to sell his 2006 NBA Championship ring he earned while playing for the Miami Heat, according to TMZ.

According to court documents, Walker sold the ring as well as other assets in order to relieve his debt, which is believed to total about $12.7 million.  The ring was sold to a man named Anres Garcio for $21,000.

As a player for the Miami Heat, Walker won the ring in the 2006 NBA Finals against the Dallas Mavericks.  Walker contributed 14 points and 11 rebounds in the final game of the series.
