Floyd Mayweather Jr. will pay just under $50,000 in medical bills for an ailing infant, according to Crave Online.

Mayweather's agent, David Levi, was working a charity event for the event when Mayweather caught wind of the cause.

"I went to go to work this charity event, and I found out that they were raising money for someone in the organization's nephew, who lived somwhere in Nevada," said Levi, according to the report. "The child had had a heart abnormality and the family had racked up a huge bill at the hospital."

Levi estimated that the hospital bills totaled around $49,000. "When I spoke with Floyd, he tried to swing by the event, and he asked me what the charity was for," Levi told the website. "I told him, and he said, 'just let them know that I'll take care of all of the medical bills.'"
