Bell met with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers this spring before deciding to sign with the Eagles. The 27-year-old was a seventh round draft pick by the Buffalo Bills in 2008 but didn’t officially debut for the team until 2009. He played and started in 24 games, having three solo tackles.
