Hayes had 16 tackles and 1.5 sacks for the Titans last season; he amassed 77 career tackles and eight sacks in his four years with the team. He was originally a fourth-round draft pick by the Titans in 2008 out of Winston-Salem State. In St. Louis, Hayes is reunited with Jeff Fisher, who was the Titans' head coach until the two parted ways in 2011. Fisher agreed to become the Rams' next head coach back in January.
