N.C. State men’s basketball forward C.J. Leslie has yet to make a decision about whether to enter the NBA Draft or return to school, but according to Jeff Goodman of CBS, those close to him are “optimistic” that he’ll return.

Leslie said earlier this week that he expect to make a decision by the end of the week and that he was “leaning a little bit one way,” according to Star News Online.

“Last year we definitely ended on a good note and we did a lot of things people didn’t think that we’d be able to do,” Leslie said. “That’s definitely good for us and good for me, and it’s definitely going to play a part in my decision.” Leslie was named to the second-team All-ACC this season after averaging 14.6 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game for the Wolfpack.
