Report: Heat's Chris Bosh Will Play Against Knicks, 16 Hours After Son's Birth

Chris Bosh welcomed a son into the world less than 24 hours ago back home in Miami, but he's back in New York now and expected to play in the Miami Heat's Game 3 meeting with the Knicks tonight, reports ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

Bosh said yesterday that he did not expect his wife, Adrienne, to be giving birth anytime soon, but she surprisingly went into labor last night and Bosh was rushed onto a private plane back to Miami. Adrienne Bosh gave birth to a healthy son, Jackson Bosh, at about 3 a.m.

Bosh landed back in New York at 4:30 p.m. today. He's not well rested but expected to play anyway.
