The National Football League and the NFL's International Committee approved the Buffalo Bills' request to continue to play games in Toronto, granting permission to extend the series until 2017, according to NFL.com.  The Associated Press also says that about 15 percent of the team's fan base is located in southern Ontario. The Bills started playing in Toronto five seasons ago, playing two preseason and four regular season contents. The Bills are 1-3 in the regular season, including a 23-0 victory over the Washington Redskins in October.  This season, the Bills play the Seattle Seahawks Dec. 16 at the Rogers Centre.
