A's Yoenis Cespedes leaves game after aggravating hamstring injury

Oakland A's leftfielder Yoenis Cespedes left Wednesday night's game against the Denver Rockies after just two innings, having aggravated his left hamstring in his first action since injuring the muscle last Thursday.

According to Joe Stiglich of the Bay Area News Group, in the top of the first Cespedes grounded out up the middle on a close play on which he did not appear to be running full speed. But Cespedes trotted slowly back to the dugout and was moving gingerly in left field afterward. Jonny Gomes replaced him defensively in the bottom of the second.
