Cleveland Indians rookie third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall left Friday's game against the Baltimore Orioles in the fifth inning after taking a Tyler Patton fastball near the right wrist, according to Jordan Bastian of MLB.com.

After he was taken for X-rays, the results were not good, per Paul Hoynes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer:

As for when Chisenhall might be back, Hoynes passed along manager Manny Acta's prognosis:

https://twitter.com/hoynsie/status/218901493783339009 Chisenhall was hitting .278 with three home runs and nine RBIs since being called up on May 28. The Indians are covered at third since Jack Hannahan's return from the DL and have Travis Hafner at DH, so they may not miss Chisenhall's bat that much.
