Report: T-Wolves agree to four-year, $45 million deal with Nicolas Batum

After a week of speculation, the Minnesota Timberwolves apparently have gotten free-agent forward Nicolas Batum to agree to a four-year contract that could be worth more than $50 million.

Jon Krawczynski of the Associated Press reported it first:

Earlier in the week a report said that Batum never wanted to play for the Portland Trail Blazers again, but on Thursday new general manager Neil Olshey told Batum and Batum's agent that Portland would match any offers and would not entertain any sign-and-trade deals.
