The Cleveland Indians have been active Thursday, first placing designated hitter Travis Hafner on the disabled list, and now they are getting rid of their pitching coach.
Indians let go pitching coach Scott Radinsky and Ruben Niebla will replace him. Radnisky was promoted to the job in October 2011 after two seasons as the Indians bench coach.
