The Cleveland Cavaliers will give head coach Byron Scott at least two more seasons to prove why he's still the man for the job as the team continues to rebuild in the post-Lebron James era with a focus on its centerpiece, the 2012 NBA Rookie of The Year, Kyrie Irving.

The Cavs reportedly picked up the option for Scott for the 2013-14 season, according to a report Wednesday afternoon from Mary Schmitt-Boyer of The Cleveland Plain-Dealer. The team has yet to confirm that it has picked up the option.
