Sixers center Andrew Bynum has had knee complications all season, keeping him off the court entirely. The Sixers have pushed back his return date three times already. Most recently, the team express hope that Bynum would be cleared for basketball by Dec. 10.

Reports today are indicating that the problems with Bynum's knees are worse than expected.

The seven-year NBA star would need a few weeks of conditioning after being cleared to play, pushing back his return to the court into January. The recovery timetable is still subject to change, especially with the new issues arising for Bynum. [tweet https://twitter.com/JasonChadWolf/status/269582854755848192]
