Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub has come out firmly against Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh in a recent interview, slamming the player who kicked him in the groin in the Texans' Thanksgiving Day win over the Lions.
“You don’t want a player like that,” Schaub told Houston's Sports Radio 610 AM. “The stuff that he stands for and the type of player he is, that’s not Houston Texan worthy. That’s not what we’re about as a football team, as individuals, as collectively as a group. We’re not that type of person.” Suh has been named the NFL's dirtiest player in a slew of polls, and will likely face NFL discipline for the incident with Schaub.
