Newly-hired Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly is now among the highest paid coaches in the NFL - despite having zero NFL experience. This, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter that claims Kelly's contract with the Eagles amounts to $32.5 million over five years, or $6.5 million annually.

The Eagles job will be Kelly's first in the NFL, after serving as the head coach at the University of Oregon for the past three seasons. Widely considered to be an offensive innovator, Kelly previously worked as Oregon's offensive coordinator after stops at the University of New Hampshire, Johns Hopkins, and Columbia University.
