Unexpectedly, the Green Bay Packers are still considering placing the franchise tag on wide receiver Greg Jennings. This, according to a tweet from's Ian Rappoport: Jennings, who will turn 30 at the start of the 2013-2014 NFL season, will be owed just over $10 million by the Packers should they go through with giving him the franchise tag.
