The Chicago Blackhawks will be without left winger Patrick Sharp for the next three to four weeks, the team announced Friday.

The team says Sharp has a "fairly severe AC joint shoulder separation." Sharp was injured in the team's 3-2 victory over the Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday, extending their 30-game undefeated streak which stretches back to last season.

Sharp has five goals and 18 points in 24 games this season for the Blackhawks, who are 21-0-3 and has a 10-point in the Western Conference over the second-place Anaheim Ducks.
