Alleged Aaron Hernandez accomplice waives extradition to Massachusetts

The third man wanted in connection with the murder of Odin Lloyd, a 27-year-old semipro football player, will be transported to Massachusetts to face a charge of accessory after the fact to murder.
The South Florida Sun-Suntinel reports Ernest Wallace, 41, of Bristol, Conn. and Miramar, Fla., appeared before a Broward County Judge on Monday, and with the waiver accepted by the court, Wallace is expected to be arraigned in Attleboro (Mass.) District Court by the end of the week.
Authorities say Wallace is an accomplice of former New England Patriots tight Aaron Hernandez.
Wallace turned himself in to authorities in Miramar on Friday after police had issued an alert that labeled him "armed and dangerous."

Wallace is accused of being Hernandez's accomplice after the June 17 murder of Odin Lloyd in North Attleboro, Mass. Hernandez, at the time a tight end for the New England Patriots, was arrested on June 26, hours after he was cut from the team. Hernandez was charged with first-degree murder and has pleaded not guilty. Authorities are also investigating his possible connection to two 2012 murders in Boston.
