Boston Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino has been scratched from Boston's starting lineup for Game 4 of the World Series against the St. Louis Cardinals due to lower back tightness.

He has been replaced in right by Daniel Nava, who moved up to the second slot in the batting order. Jonny Gomes will take Nava's spot in left field and bat fifth.

The Red Sox trail 2-1 in the best-of-seven series.

Here's the full Red Sox batting order:

4. David Ortiz, DH

5. Jonny Gomes, LF

6. Xander Bogaerts, 3B

7. Stephen Drew, SS
