At a pre-trial hearing on Monday, the woman's lawyer read a statement saying that her client no longer wished to pursue the case, and Sullinger's lawyer asked for all charges to be dismissed, which the judge granted. Sullinger released a statement after the initial incident apologizing to his girlfriend as well as to the Celtics and their fans.
