Offensive tackle Richie Incognito has filed a non-football injury grievance against the Dolphins for his indefinite suspension, according to Chris Mortensen of ESPN.

The Dolphins suspended Incognito more than a week ago for conduct detrimental to the team following ESPN's report that he used explicit language and racial slurs in voicemails to teammate Jonathan Martin. Incognito's grievance argues this violates the collective bargaining agreement.
