Jets coach Rex Ryan said in his post-game presser that quarterback Geno Smith will start next week against the Baltimore Ravens, despite getting benched Sunday after committing four turnovers.

Smith completed 8-of-23 passes for 103 yards, three interceptions, and a lost fumble during Week 11's 37-14 loss to the Buffalo Bills. The Jets benched Smith in the fourth quarter, replacing him with Matt Simms.

The Bills' defense rattled Smith, who has been struggling under pressure this season. Buffalo's Kyle Williams had two sacks and forced a fumble, and Jairus Byrd had two of Smith's three interceptions. Smith now has a total of 20 turnovers this season.
