New York Giants' wide receiver Victor Cruz left the team's game against the Seattle Seahawks with a concussion and a sprained knee, according to Josh Alper of ProFootballTalk.

Cruz was upended while leaping for a ball in the third quarter and landed on his head. The former Pro-Bowler had to be helped off the field by the Giants' medical staff, and did not return to the game.
