Add Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio's name to the list that have said they don't have any interest in the vacant Texas job.

Dantonio, 57, has a 63-29 record in seven seasons in East Lansing and has the Spartans headed the Rose Bowl, where they will take on Stanford on Jan. 1.

Dantonio made $1.9 million this season and could be headed for a pay raise.

"I see Michigan State as a destination, not a stop," Dantonio said, via MLive.com.  "Flattering, but that's how I see it."

Dantonio says he wants to keep his coaching staff intact, including defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi, who won the the 2013 Broyles Award winner as the nation's top assistant coach.  Narduzzi removed his name from Connecticut's coaching search.

"It's my hope to keep our entire staff together," Dantonio said. "To have Coach Narduzzi remain here is a tremendous asset."
