Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was ruled out again and will not play in Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team announced Friday.

Rodgers has missed the past six games with a broken left collarbone suffered on Nov. 4, although he had practiced on a limited basis this week.

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said Thursday that Rodgers looked good in practice and looked like he was ready to play, but backup Matt Flynn took the majority of the reps with the first-team and will make his fourth straight start.

"As an organization we are not ready for Aaron Rodgers to play. He understands where we are," McCarthy said Friday.

Green Bay (7-6-1) is a half-game behind the first-place Chicago Bears (8-6) in the NFC North and can win the division with wins in their final two games.
