San Jose Sharks forward Patrick Marleau, Colorado Avalanche forward Ryan O'Reilly and New York Rangers forward Martin St. Louis were named the three finalists for the 2013-14 Lady Byng Memorial Trophy, the NHL announced today.
The trophy is awarded "to the player adjudged to have exhibited the best type of sportsmanship and gentlemanly conduct combined with a high standard of playing ability."
Marleau was second on the Sharks in goals (33), was third in assists (37) and points (70) this season.
O'Reilly had a career-high 64 points, helping the Avalanche to 52 victories.
