Los Angeles Clippers players removed their warmups to reveal shirts turned inside out when they took the court for Game 4 of their playoff series against the Golden State Warriors, according to Jalen Rose of ESPN.
The team has decided to remove or invert all parts of their gear that bears the Clippers logo other than their uniforms to protest racially charged comments team owner Donald Sterling is alleged to have made. Rose also reports that the team will all be wearing black socks and black athletic tape as part of their demonstration.
Sterling agreed not to attend Sunday's game while awaiting the results of the NBA's investigation into his alleged comments.
