Coach Greg Popovich says San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker is day-to-day with a grade one sprain in his left ankle, reports Dave McMenamin on ESPN.

Parker is averaging 15.5 points and 4.5 assists per game in the Spurs' first-round series against the Dallas Mavericks. The teams head into Wednesday night's Game 5 with the series tied 2-2.

The former Finals MVP left the arena with a noticeable limp and a taped-up ankle after the Spurs' victory in Game 4 on Monday night.
