Colorado signs Palguta, Richardson

The Colorado have filled out their 24-man roster by signing defender Scott Palguta and forward Gregory Richardson.

Richardson's rights arrived Feb. 27 via a trade with Toronto FC, but his personal contract has only been completed today.

Palguta spent the last four years with USL-1 side the Rochester Rhinos. In 2008, current Rapids assistant coach Steve Guppy was his coach. Palguta is the only player from an Ivy League school to be drafted to the USL, having attended Cornell.
