LONDON (Reuters) -- Tottenham Hotspur defender Alan Hutton needs knee surgery and is like to miss the rest of the season, the Champions League quarter-finalists said on Sunday. Spurs, who face Real Madrid in the first leg of their quarter-final in Spain on Tuesday, were without 26-year-old Hutton in Saturday's 0-0 draw at Wigan Athletic in the Premier League.
