WOLFSBURG, Germany (AP) - Belgium forward Kevin de Bruyne has completed his transfer from Chelsea to Wolfsburg.

The Bundesliga side says de Bruyne signed a contract through mid-2019.

The move is reportedly costing Wolfsburg about (euro) 20 million ($27.17 million).

De Bruyne scored 10 goals in 33 Bundesliga games while on loan to Werder Bremen last season.

Wolfsburg is seeking to build a title contender again after winning the Bundesliga championship in 2009.
