Aston Villa finished 15th in the Premier League last season with just 38 points. Despite a low budget, Villa has acquired Aly Cissokho (from Valencia), Joe Cole (from West Ham), Kieran Richardson (from Fulham) and Philippe Senderos (from Valencia) to try to stay afloat in the Premiership.
