Serena Williams's 7-5, 6-3 victory over Angelique Kerber in Saturday’s Wimbledon final gave Williams 22 career Grand Slam titles, tying her with Steffi Graf for the most all–time in the Open Era.
Williams, who turns 35 in September, is almost five years older than Graf was when she won her 22nd Grand Slam at the 1999 French Open, just before her 30th birthday. But Williams doesn't appear to be slowing down, and Margaret Court's 24 Grand Slam titles—some of which were won before the Open Era—are in her sights.

Wimbledon marks Williams's fifth Grand Slam title in her last eight appearances, which included two losses in finals. She'll have the chance to break Graf's record in September at the U.S. Open, where Williams has won six titles over her career.
