LSU's Les Miles: Quarterback Brandon Harris deserves more playing time

LSU head coach Les Milestold reporters Monday that he thinks true freshman quarterback Brandon Harris deserves more playing time.
On Saturday, No. 8 LSU lost to unranked Mississippi State, 34-29.

Quarterback Anthony Jennings started the game, but left with LSU trailing 34-16 in the fourth quarter after he was sacked. Jennings completed 13 of 26 passes with no touchdowns or interceptions. Harris completed six of nine passes for 140 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
Miles: I'm not going to temper talk on Harris. He did what was told. We will play the guy that give us the best job at victory.

LSU is 3-1 and plays New Mexico State on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
